friendly staff daily cleaning convenient location repetitive food crowded pool broken air conditioning
The staff was friendly, even though there were some language barrier issues. I appreciated their effort. my room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were always provided. the location was also convenient, near local shops.
The food selection was repetitive after a few days, though acceptable. the pool area could get quite crowded, especially with guests reserving loungers early in the morning. the air conditioning in my room wasn't working when i arrived. It took a day to get it fixed.

mixed feelings about this resort
bland dishes pool area cleanliness
The food quality was unfortunately not up to par. Many dishes tasted bland. the desserts looked appealing, though they lacked flavor. also, the cleanliness around the pool area left something to be desired. I often saw discarded cups and general rubbish lying around. the pool also had a noticeable drain smell.
